Tyler O. Waltman

A native of Salt Lake City, Tyler attended the University of Utah where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in English Literature. Tyler graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2007. He was also elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Tyler was a member of BYU's traveling moot court team and trial advocacy team, a lead editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law, and a teaching-assistant in Civil Procedure.

Before joining Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler, Tyler was an associate at the London, England office of Latham & Watkins, LLP, where his practice focused on international capital markets.

Tyler is an active member of the California State Bar and speaks fluent Spanish.
