In addition, Mr. Wing has represented plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property, real estate, and contract actions in state and federal courts. With other Prince Yeates lawyers, Mr. Wing successfully represented the class of plaintiffs in Ford v. American Express Financial Advisors.

Mr. Wing graduated, cum laude, from Pomona College in 1981 and from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 1984. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association..
