James C. Bergstedt

A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. Bergstedt graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in German from the University of Utah in 2004. He then attended the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he was a Robert H. Hinckley Graduate Scholar and recipient of the David T. Lewis Clinical Award, College of Law Outstanding Achievement Award, and Pro Bono Initiative Award. Mr. Bergstedt received a Juris Doctor degree in 2007.

Mr. Bergstedt also has experience as a clerk and associate at Epperson, Rencher & Owens in the area of medical malpractice defense and as a clerk at the Utah Office of the Attorney General, Commercial Enforcement Division.

Mr. Bergstedt is actively involved on the Young Lawyers Executive Committee of the Utah State Bar. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Utah.
