
William G. Marsden
Bill Marsden’s practice centers on commercial litigation, with emphasis on loan enforcement, real and personal property foreclosures, equipment leasing litigation and commercial and agricultural workouts.
He has represented national and local banks, equipment lessors, real estate developers and retail businesses.
Mr. Marsden has participated in trial and appellate litigation ranging from bankruptcy cases to corporate disputes, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings and in negotiations such as complex asset divisions in divorce situations, damage determinations in lease disputes, and resolutions of architectural copyright infringement actions.

Mr. Marsden joined Prince Yeates in 1999 after 23 years with other Salt Lake firms.
