
Wilford A. Beesley III
Professional Bio
Bill Beesley’s law practice centers in commercial litigation, general corporate law and alternative dispute resolution with particular emphasis in the areas of construction, real estate and intellectual property. Mr. Beesley represents numerous construction companies throughout the Intermountain West, providing a wide range of legal services including resolution of contract disputes to litigating complex construction claims in both public and private proceedings. He has also served as counsel for contractors, suppliers, bonding companies, surety companies, title companies, banks and commercial real estate brokerages in various proceedings including multi-party litigation involving construction defect claims and complex mechanic’s lien claims.
Mr. Beesley represents a variety of corporate clients in the capacity as outside corporate counsel. He also assists clients in intellectual property matters extending to trademarks, copyright, music business consulting and artist representation.
