Mr. Boyle's broad litigation practice includes trials and appeals.

He has handled trade secret disputes in the insurance, restaurant and technology industries.  He has significant experience handling insurance cases involving bad faith, insurer/broker disputes, environmental contamination coverage questions and product liability.

Mr. Boyle has represented clients in child abuse, personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as quiet title actions, commercial and consumer disputes and local government issues such as annexation and incorporation.  Mr. Boyle is a sought after mediator, having mediated more than one hundred civil cases and non-litigated disputes.
