
Robert G. Wing
Mr. Wing practices in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in federal receiverships.
Prior Professional Experience
He has served as court appointed receiver in SEC v. Capital Acquisitions, Inc., and SEC v. 4NExchange, LLC. Mr. Wing is currently serving as a court appointed receiver in SEC v. Smart Assets, FTC v. Infusion Media, and SEC v. Vescor Capital Corp. He has also acted as counsel to the receiver in SEC v. Merrill Scott & Associates and SEC v. Impact Cash, LLC. and has represented financial institutions in claims against receivership entities.
In addition, Mr. Wing has represented plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property, real estate, and contract actions in state and federal courts. With other Prince Yeates lawyers, Mr. Wing successfully represented the class of plaintiffs in Ford v. American Express Financial Advisors.
