
Matthew S. Wiese
Mr. Wiese has over 14 years of experience, with a practice primarily focused on federal taxation, estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law.
For personal planning, he works with individuals at every level to minimize the impact of death and taxes. Such planning ranges from basic to sophisticated strategies involving wills, trusts, business entities, life insurance, and charitable giving. He also works with trustees and executors in administering trusts and estates and resolving disputes with family members or the IRS.
For business planning, Mr. Wiese counsels business owners related to taxes, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and succession planning. He has formed all types of business entities and been involved in all phases of complex deals.
