Jennifer R. Korb practices general civil litigation with an emphasis in litigation relating to federal equity receiverships. Jennifer is also developing a practice in securities litigation.

Born in Minot, North Dakota, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in 1998, with an English major and Business minor. She then relocated to Eugene, Oregon, where she received a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Jennifer served as an associate editor of the University of Oregon Law Review, and she received a pro bono certificate for her service as a Victim Advocate with the Lane County District Attorney's office.

Before joining Prince Yeates & Geldzahler, Jennifer practiced for five years as a Securities Analyst for the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Securities, where she investigated and prosecuted suspected violations of Utah securities laws. While at the Division of Securities, she served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Utah, lending her expertise in the area of securities to several federal prosecutions.

Jennifer joined Prince Yeates in 2009 and is licensed to practice law in both federal and state courts in Utah. She is a member of the Utah State Bar and has been a member of its Securities Section since 2004. In 2010, Jennifer was named an arbitrator the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which is the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. 

Jennifer is currently serving as Chair of the Mentoring Committee for the Securities Section. She is also a member of the United States Tennis Association and has a current rating of 4.5.
