PDFMr. Parrish is a trial lawyer and commercial litigator. The majority of his practice is devoted to matters involving securities, insolvency and fraud. He handles cases involving commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, compliance, criminal prosecutions, FINRA arbitrations, bankruptcies and receiverships.
Mr. Parrish has represented receivers, trustees, investors, and both companies and individuals being pursued in all facets of civil litigation, regulatory investigation and enforcement, as well as criminal prosecution. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict.
He is a former a Securities Analyst for the Utah Division of Securities, and a former prosecutor for Salt Lake City.
Mr. Parrish is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Utah, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
