
J. Randall Call
Commercial law and real estate litigation, as well as real estate, creditor-debtor, financial institution and bankruptcy-related matters are J. Randall Call's primary areas of focus. Mr. Call handles real estate closings, loan origination, loan workouts, lending matters, and creditor representation in bankruptcy court. His experience also extends to consumer and commercial foreclosures and a variety of commercial law matters involving secured transactions and negotiable instruments.
Mr. Call is a member of the National Basketball Players Association and represents clients in sports and entertainment matters. He has served as a Utah State Bar examiner and as the chairman of the Utah State Bar’s Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Call serves as a member of the Utah State Athletic Board. He also served on the Board of the Greater Salt Lake Chapter of the Red Cross and as a member of the University of Utah’s Alumni Board of Trustees.
Admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1977, Mr. Call is a member of the American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Utah, Nevada and Idaho.
Born in Logan, Utah, Mr. Call received an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Utah State University in 1974 and then earned a J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1977. While attending the University of Utah, he served as associate editor of the Utah Law Review.
