
G. Troy Parkinson
G. Troy Parkinson's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditor rights, and commercial litigation. He represents and counsels creditors in foreclosures and repossessions, loan workouts and other lending matters and is effective in advocating his clients' positions in the state and federal courts of Utah and Idaho.
After receiving an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1996, Mr. Parkinson earned a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1999. While in law school, he was an editor of the Idaho Law Review.
Mr. Parkinson practiced in Boise, Idaho, with Meuleman & Miller, LLP, concentrating on real estate, business and construction law, before joining Prince Yeates in 2002.
He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2000 and the Utah State Bar in 2001.
