Erin Stone primarily practices bankruptcy and commercial litigation at Prince Yeates representing parties in administrative law hearings and procedures. She has substanital federal appellate experience. Ms. Stone is able to assist clients with a broad variety of legal issues.

Prior Professional Experience
While in law school, Ms. Stone participated in the Pro Bono Initiative Program by volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul's Street Law Clinic from October 2003 until December 2004.

From January 2005 through March 2007, she served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable J. Thomas Greene, United States District Court for the District of Utah. As a federal law clerk she gained extensive research and writing experience on numerous federal issues, both civil and criminal. This experience allowed Ms. Stone the valuable opportunity to participate in the legal decision-making process.

Ms. Stone's experience also includes clerking for the Utah Attorney General's Office, State Agency Counsel Division, and practicing as a Deputy District Attorney for the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office, Civil Division.
